In a generation of fast foods, 30-minute roasts, instant downloads, multi-tasking, we sometimes expect to take a magic pill to solve all of our health and well being concerns. It is not that simple and yet at times it can be that simple.

When I say it can be that simple, try this for one week.  Increase your drinking water by 4 or 5, 8 oz glasses a day.  During that time, stay away from soft drinks, juices and alcohol.  At the end of the week, see how you feel. I guarantee you will notice an improvement in your skin, your energy, your overall well being.  This is a simple illustration. However as we all know, the body is much more complex.
