| How to Make Your Own Kombucha |
Tonight was a great night demonstrating to a group of ladies and one gentleman, how to make their own Kombucha.
Kombucha is a fermented tea which has so many health benefits; such as helping with inflammation, digestion, immunity. As I was preparing for this lecture, I learned it is good for the skin, topically and it is good for your pets.
Another great health benefit is it will create glucuronic acids. This acid binds metabolic and environmental toxins and poisons and then excrete them. Once toxins are bound to glucuronic acid, the body cannot reabsorb them in to the tissues.
Not only is Kombucha a great medicinal drink, it taste great and is very refreshing.
If you missed this class, not to worry. Another one is being held at Goodness Me in Waterdown, Monday, August 22nd from 6:30 to 7:30 PM
