

Very simple to make. Use Rice Paper (it needs to soak in a little water first to soften it up) Add grated carrots, roasted red peppers, cucumbers, avocados, greens like arugula, mustard greens (my favs) lettuce. You can pretty much add whatever you feel like that day. I added hemp seeds to the mix for the protein. It is light, filling and portable. If you are on the run this summer and want to up the veggies, this is easy to make, great for your senses to eat, low cal, and nutritious.
