Don't just eat your typical green salads. Add some color, flavour and personality to your salad.
This salad is made with Kohlrabi leaves (see post below), sorrel, red currants and borage flowers. That's it. For the dressing, 1/3 cup of olive oil, 2 Tbsp of balsalmic vinegar, 1 clove of minced garlic, 1 tsp of basil and sea salt. That's it.
This salad is so full of flavour and so full of nutrition....and oh so satisfying, not just for the tummy, but also for the eyes.
