

Looking for creative ideas on how to use the kale in your garden. We've been adding it to our morning smoothies. Kale is rich in vitamin C and magnesium. When kale is blended like this, it allows the cellose to break down and will make it easier to digest.
1/4 cut up watermelon
1/2 cup hemp seeds
3 or 4 kale leaves (depending on size)
Take your blender out. Cut up about 1/4 watermelon. Blend until it turns to water. Add 1/2 cup hemp seeds, 3 or 4 kale leaves (depending on size). Cut stems out.
This is your base. To this mixture you can add a banana, fish oil or flax seed oil, Schnoizza Sea Vegetables.
