
With the warm weather here's a great soothing and nourishing tea to try.

Dandelion and Goji Berry Tea
In a saucepan on the stove boil about 4 cups of water, 3 Tbsp of dandelion leaves
and 1/2 cup of goji berries.
Let simmer for 10 minutes. Once it is steeped. Strain the berries and the tea
leaves. Sip it hot or let it cool down and store in the fridge as an iced tea or
even better if you are a protein/smoothie drinker use this as the liquid base
for your protein/smoothie drink in the morning.
Quite refreshing.
