Revitalizing Foods for the Festive Season

People want to know.  People want a change.  People are learning more on nutrition, diet and lifestyle.  This last week and the coming weeks, I am presenting just that.  From Mohawk College to a culinary school, to the Running Room, to a healthy Breast support group.  People are wanting to make healthy lifestyle changes.  If you have a group that is interested in nutrition and wants to learn more practical ways to stay healthy over the holidays and beyond.   Give me a call.  Check it out.
