

Last week I did a workshop on Stressing Less for the Holidays. It was great fun! It can be tough trying to stay energized to get everything we need to prepare before the holiday set in. This is why I like to recommend a protein shake to start your day. In that drink you can have so many immune supporting, energy boosting, vitamins and mineral nourishing substances to help the body deal with the added stress of running around.
Here's my super powered shake. You will need a blender. You can reduce or add any of these ingredients. It's really to personal preference.
1/2 cup kefir
300 ml water
1 scoop protein powder (whey, hemp, rice which ever one you like)
This is the base to the drink I will add any of these choices
Chlorophyll
Vitamin C powder
Maca
Medicinal mushrooms
Hemp Seeds
Chia Seeds
Kale
Banana
Blueberries
Fish Oil
Udo's Oil
Flax Seed Oil
Hemp Oil
Honey (optional)
Stevia
You can pick any of these ingredients to super power up your shake every morning.
