Eat Live Tone Retreat

What a great weekend.  
Even though it was chilly outside.  The ladies were warmed up inside.  

A great work out with pilates and toning zumba.  Not only did the ladies have a great workout, I demonstrated how easy it is to add extra nutrition to their everyday meals.  They all enjoyed a healthy super powered up lunch.  As an extra bonus the ladies took away some great practical knowledge on how to minimize toxins in their home cleaning products with a huge sample to take home and try.  

It was an informative, nutritious and energetic body forming morning.  Anne Marie Collingwood and Kim Thompson plan to host another retreat day in the spring.  I'll let you know when it comes up and if you are looking to fine tune your health and get some great tips, stay tuned for the date.  You really won't want to miss out.

 

Here Anne Marie is introducing me, just prior to making everyone their whole food nutritious lunch.  It really was a great morning.  Loved all the interaction from the ladies. I am looking forward to working with these two energetic, caring, knowledgable ladies (Anne Marie and Kim) again in the future.
