More Detoxing

A couple of things I like to add to a detox are ear cone candling and foot detox.   Monday night, (with help from my husband) I candled my ears.  (Ended up doing the whole family, my teenage children and my husband.)  Ear cone candling helps eliminate wax build up, aids in sinus congestion.  It can also help with balance.  
 
The other thing I like to get in the habit of doing after completing a detox is to do a Foot Detox Spa on myself.  This just helps get the residue, free radicals out of my system.  Once completed, my body feels lighter.  My mind is clearer.  
 
Basically, you start with your feet in clean water.  Your feet stay in the water for 30 minutes and the ion system pulls toxins from your system.  This is a service that I offer in my practice.  If you are doing any type of detox or just feel the need to do a tune-up.  I suggest you try the Foot Detox Spa.  
 
I am a little embarrassed to show this picture.  This is what my session looked like.  So glad that gunk is out of my system.
